3. Categories of Personal Data Processed

3.1. Personal Data Required When Requesting a Quote

Name *: Your first and last name are required in order to contact you.
Company name: The name of your company or employer is not required but may provide additional information when preparing a quote.
Telephone number *: Providing your telephone number enables us to contact you by telephone regarding your request for a quote.
Email *: The requested quote will be sent to your email address; therefore, providing it is mandatory.
Service: Specifying the relevant service area helps us prepare the quote.
Comments *: Adding a comment is necessary to describe the subject of your request for a quote. The request cannot be processed without this information; therefore, completing this field is mandatory.

5. Retention Period for Personal Data

In the case referred to in Section 3.1 of this policy, the Data Controller retains personal data recorded in connection with online quote requests for 2 years.

6. Rights of the Data Subject in Relation to Data Processing

6.1. Time Limit

The Data Controller shall comply with a request concerning the exercise of the data subject’s rights within no more than one month of receiving the request. The date on which the request is received shall not be included in the calculation of this time limit.

Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, the Data Controller may extend this period by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension, together with the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.

6.2. Rights of Data Subjects in Relation to Data Processing

6.2.1. Right of Access

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, where such processing is taking place, has the right to access the personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and the right to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; information regarding the source of the data; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject. 6.2.2. Right to Rectification

The data subject may request, using the contact details specified in Section 1, that the Data Controller amend any of their personal data. If the data subject can credibly demonstrate the accuracy of the corrected data, the Data Controller shall fulfil the request within no more than one month and shall notify the data subject using the contact details provided by them.

6.2.3. Right to Restriction of Processing

The data subject may request, using the contact details specified in Section 1, that the Data Controller restrict the processing of their personal data (by clearly marking the restricted nature of the processing and ensuring that the data are processed separately from other data) where

the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data (in which case the Data Controller shall restrict processing for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data);
the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

6.2.4. Right to Object

6.2.5. Right to Erasure

With regard to the purposes of data processing set out in Section 3.1 of this policy and taking into account the legal basis thereof, the data subject has the right to request that the Data Controller erase personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Data Controller is obliged to erase such personal data without undue delay where no other legal basis for processing the data exists.

8. Other Provisions

Information concerning data processing activities not listed in this policy will be provided when the relevant data are collected. We inform our clients that courts, public prosecutors, investigating authorities, administrative offence authorities, public administration authorities, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the Hungarian National Bank, and other bodies authorised by law may contact the Data Controller for the purpose of requesting information, disclosure or transfer of data, or the provision of documents.
